Services
VCOM Web Tech provides web development, DevOps, application deployment and email infrastructure services. The scope of work for each engagement is agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Work begins after the agreed terms are confirmed. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting.
Acceptable Use
Services must not be used for illegal activities, sending unsolicited email, distributing malware, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and assets developed for their project. Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability
VCOM Web Tech's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
