Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before taking the services.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their services and request a refund from us.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
- You do not have to pay your invoice until we have satisfied everything on the work order and you are completely delighted with our work.

Requests received later than 10 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will refund the money only in case we fail to provide service to our customers from our end.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an notification email.
- Notification will be sent to you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- Failure in receiving refund will require you to first crosschecking with your bank.
- You are advised to contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
